The adventurers Chickara, Dismas, Meric & Tack and Yami came across the small town of Westmoss, which was located about 25 miles south of the capitol. Westmoss is a small town mostly forgotten by the government, but the people there have brightly colored clothing and used to benefit from their trades and good quality wood they harvested. The adventurers arrived just when the town was hosting its annual hero’s festival where participants compete in archery, brawling, and racing for prises and recognition.
Between the four of them they managed to win the Archery Tournament, the Braul and the Race around town. They earned a roasted pig, which they shared amongst themselves and the villagers, and a copper goblet from the previous victories whom had to bequeath it per the tournament rules. As they participated in the festival they noticed dangerously armed thieves trying to steal the goblet, but where able to keep an eye on them, preventing any theft.
Breaking all records, the Town Mayor, Edward, asked them to help them with two tasks that plagued the town, the first one was the bandits problem. The second was a mysterious beast that had recently eaten a family that lived in the western outskirts of town.
The party of 4, now well acquainted with themselves decided to pursue the beast first. They were able to track it down, and as they search for it, they noticed that most of the small animals of the forest were all gone, something very unusual for a forest. They were very careful on their hunt, and managed to not get ambushed by their prey, which happened to be a ferocious Mountain Lion. During the fight Yami was almost torn to shreds, but the mountain lion was outnumbered and eventually defeated by a relentless barrage.
After their victory, they stabilized the Mountain Lion and brought it with them so that they could donate it to the Healing Hand.
Chickara, Dismas, Meric & Tack and Yami earn and individual amount of 1800 xp, 1900 gp, and 5 DTDs.
Upon their return the Mayor Edward of the Town Westmoss offered them to pick up any of these items at half the listed price from his town’s market:
