2nd game test verdict - barely pass the creatures acted reasonably and you generally seemed to know the rules. you let too much happen outside of initiative, ie crossbow shots and whatnot. lacking understanding of the grapple rules and swallow whole, but everyone forgets them all the time. seemed a bit confused about charge rules - velociraptor + leaping charge - you should know the special abilities of a creature you are about to use. bladeandbow.boards.net/thread/3909/mound

yrmzul, drakil, reywarith, kavili, teretrian are hired to protect a caravan after a couple others go missing. They defend it from some goblins that tried to take out the horses and flee.
That night they found and fought off some sort of ghost or spectre that they found nearby attacking animals in the forest.
The next day they found one of the missing caravan, the horses and driver missing, the goods looted. they follow the blood trail to a small cave which had significantly more blood but no bodies. Another blood trail leads to a small cabin in which a necromancer is producing some creature from stitching many corpses together.
each gets 1000 exp and 1000 gp

not approved until you fix: you have only 2 skills listed in the class recorder, add one for your extra int. I think you might be planning to use prehensile tail to draw javelins for you. I do not think you can do that, you would need quickdraw feat instead. If that is not your plan just fix the int to skills.

lvl 14 test review: the adventurers took the path less traveled and somewhat avoided the 'final boss' of either planned adventure, so we avoided the most difficult encounters. The combat seemed fair, not too dangerous, although one char almost died due to some failed saves and lava. There were some obstacles that could not just be brute forced through. There was at least one opportunity for RP to bypass an encounter. Languages become a serious barrier instead of many that handwave around that and let them all speak common. There was a lack of chances for skill checks, ie 'encounters' that require climb/swim/acro to bypass Overall, I enjoyed the game, and rate it a pass. bladeandbow.boards.net/thread/3848/venture-save-explore
