Phoenix arena of valor 6th edition

Sid (Gun), Uriel (Kristal), Lester (Genko), and Solarum(Tigz) walked into the tavern of the singing phoenix without realizing it. They were told that every adventurer looking for opportunities ended up in here somehow and were offered to participate in a small tournament against creatures of your choice, with gold as a prize. They managed to somehow bear through the fights but then, they faced a guard prototype and beat it by the skin off their teeth.

The end prototype turned out to have changed in fashion! A huge hulking giant empowered by an exo-skeleton and gemstones of power just unleashed its wrath on them and after a good fight and few casualties they won it over.
The players managed to win thanks to their incredible wit by trying to undermine the mechanics by using those against themselves!
