Heirloom Weapon only gives you proficiency with the specific weapon
if you don't have proficiency with the whip you can't use disarm, reach, and trip with the Whip, Scorpion
pleas note your specific Proficiencys (simple weapons, long- and shortsword, ...)

add what Bardic Performances you can use
