Makarov, Gongmer, Sanctus, Balzac, Devora, and Dracluth all went to the Dweomerstar Dweomerdome. They were seeking to fight the famous monks who frequent the arena, and they did find some monks... However, these monks were also other things, like kineticists, antipaladins, and oracles. Despite overwhelming odds (and horrible, amazingly statistically unlikely rolls) they managed to emerge triumphant, though certainly worse for wear.
