The party set forward to kill some giant spiders that were killing livestock at a local farming town. They managed to kill some goblins who were camping out hunting spider legs to eat. The party wisely burned away the web by using a torch and mage hand spell, cornering the spiders in their nest. The spiders were finally backed into a corner and attacked. The giant black widow managed to almost kill Carian, who had to leave a bit early due to the severity of his wounds. While Carian took a nice hot bath in town, the others ventured further into the ruins. Carian and Kipp rounded a corner onto a violet fungus. They easily dispatched it, but Niv got ambushed from behind by a morlock, who knocked her out and ran off with her. The party chased down the morlocks and dispatched them with ease, recovering Niv and finding a stash of loot.
