The adventurers were contacted by Temperence Breed, a noblewoman of questionable birth to solve a problem with the lumber village contracted to supply an order of timber to shore up Heartholm's defenses for a coming orc warband attack. The adventurers arrive at the village to discover all the children have been kidnapped and something has caused the lumberjacks to abandon their camp. Assisted by the helpful, soon to turn evil and furry teen Ava they find that a group of werewolves kidnapped the children and took them past the Veil of Thorns. The Players found allies in the trees of the forest...literally and were given passage through the Veil to combat some foul evil in a temple sealed off from the world! Who knows what will happen next!
