Mai, Svein, Oglaror, Kirian, Feng, and Lim Suren were all sitting in a tavern separately when a bunch of priests of $diety walked in, beaten and bloodied. No one thought anything of it, until one of them started to complain about "that cave". There was a horde of undead to be slain, that was significantly underpowered for the party!
Despite the zombies best efforts to die on Feng and Oglaror, no one contracted zombie rot.
