Tablestats - Adonix Expedition, pt. 3 - The Horror Catacomb

Ix'chel, Aerin, Xenos, Dax, and Kyomi were sent to a location near the Adonix expeditionary base in the Diaspora. Seeking answers, the party investigated the site of the disappearance of a team of geologists that had failed to return from their surveying mission. The PCs located three strange alien chambers within a complex cave network and, unwittingly, repeated the geologists' mistakes - pulling a series of levers, they released a number of large horrors who were responsible for the gruesome deaths of the geologists. Fortunately, the party was able to overcome some of the horrors, despite the monsters' attempts to crush and disembowel them as the geologists had been, and the remains of the geologists were returned to DweomerStar without any additional casualties. The bodies were questioned intensely via Speak with Dead, and a lot of important information was gathered.
 
Each PC receives 1600xp and 2750gp for their troubles. Kyomi and Ix'chel spent a hero point for wealth. They were the only Heroes, and receive an additional 1000gp each. Additionally, all PCs receive 5 Downtime Days.
