Hello everyone!
First and foremost, I'd like to thank you guys from Blade & Bow for allowing me to apply as a GM earlier than I should. I've been playing in the community for about two weeks and a half, and have tried to be active. Lately, I've also had the chance to run two arena games in the 1-3 level range and one 4-8 game which all went very well from what the players told me. They helped me be a better GM, improving my game knowledge and developed my ability to be a capable GM. Above all, it helps me get more confidence in my descriptions and NPC dialogues as I am used to GM-ing in french and I really thank the players for bearing through.
I will try to approve a character sheet and get i checked by an approved GM and still have two test run I'm really excited for. I already have tons of ideas for those.
To conclude with, I am currently working on my first, proper and official GM Test Game, but in the meantime, I'm checkin' out a sheet!
If I do get approved, I hope I'll be able to provide the players with enjoyable games and try to quench their thirst for games. ^-^
I think I talked about everything, if you feel like I skipped over a few things I'm available! I hope to provide some good memories for the members.
Cheers!
Azenda.

Administration has given Azenda (Discord user: Azenda#5752) to begin testing into his Game Masters Tag as of now, due to his drive and desire to run games on Blade and Bow.

Game: bladeandbow.boards.net/thread/5194/circus-come-townGrade: Passed Reason: This player was able to demonstrate a firm knowledge of pathfinder as well as keep the entire session moving at a fluid motion, the encounters were well designed and there was just enough content to keep things interesting and engaging without it being staggering. Recommendation: One thing I will recommend is taking a look at the social aspect of pathfinder I.E using social skills and RP. Though this was a 1-3, but I believe this person could do very well in the future using more of these things. Best of luck ~ Rat

Game: bladeandbow.boards.net/thread/5197/founding-singhell-banditsDecision: Pass Azendas game was done well. He dealt with the more unusual characters well and adapted his RP to allow them to do their thing. The enemies where interesting and divers, but even with the amount of different characters the combat was done at a reasonable pace.

bladeandbow.boards.net/thread/5197/founding-singhell-banditsGrade: Passed Reason: He had a good grasp of the rules and demonstrated that he can build interesting encounters with various different NPC's. He tried to integrate player choices with reasonable consequences and so made for an interactive game as it should be. Furthermore, he showed understanding to players and their frustration to bad dice rolls and similar. There is not really negative to be said. It was a decent game.^^

Game: bladeandbow.boards.net/thread/5467/sweet-perception-yeah-on-drugsI needed to sleep on what I thought of this game. It was a very fun experience, with a story that made you want to go on the adventure (certain parts I will describe later notwithstanding). The baddies were varied and interesting, with abilities that challenged the party. Indeed, we almost died several times. Even the main baddie's motivations were understandable, in a blue and orange morality kind of way. There were two things I didn't like. First, I really don't like the "kidnap the PCs" opener, especially at higher levels when both egos and power are running high. Especially when the "kidnapper" claims they had nothing to do with it. It's fine at lower levels, but when someone tries to head to the Shadow Plane and is automagically stopped by someone who keeps saying "Oh, we didn't pull you here, you just found your way here!" it feels a bit disingenuous. Which leads into another thing I'm not fond of: countering PC abilities. Now, if someone's playing a trip build and you've got a monster with no legs in your encounters, that's fair enough. Same with undead while playing an Intimidate character or elementals while playing a sneak attacker. But giving a single baddie a huge CMD boost and swashbuckler powers to make tripping them a non-issue and making them immune to fear which countered the Intimidate guy and making them immune to precision and crits which countered the sneak attacker... That's going a bit far, in my opinion. If you're gonna do that, you might as well dispense with the singular boss fight and have multiple different, slightly weaker, but each one immune to different things bosses. I just don't like adding random "Now your character's gimmick doesn't work!" powers to baddies if they wouldn't have them normally. That said, those are things I personally do not like and I don't feel they detract from Azenda's skill as a DM. The other players seemed to be having fun and I sure as shit ain't the fun police. And despite my earlier bitching, the boss fight was tense and caused people to start pulling out some crazy-ass shit to kick her ass. I was a bit sad we didn't go back to the Leshy village to tell them they were safe, but it's understandable why we couldn't. The two things I didn't like were right at the beginning and right at the end, the whole rest of the game was Pretty Good™. Overall: PASS
