Game: bladeandbow.boards.net/thread/5252/common-quarterGrade: Failed Reason: Although MBP made a bit of a mistake allowing 7 players to get in his game, the game was very-well designed overall with a good plot hook as well as good enemies. He demonstrated a good knowledge of Pathfinder and all characters in general and gave the players room to express themselves and roleplay their characters; they could interact with each other and with every game element in general. He also managed to help a newer player trying pathfinder and roll20 for the first time effectively. Little bonus for me : He tried his best to implant sound effects and adequate music throughout the game. However, there were too many problems for this to be a pass. What I need to recommend is to have smaller parties in order to allow for more fluid gameplay so the players stay on edge. The enemies were well-adjusted but having many enemies alongside many players staggered the game down , made it less fluid, in addition to having a bit too many enemies to make it smooth. Even if several enemies are under the same initiative, try to make them attack different targets at lower levels. He also needs to be careful about ranges, some of the enemies were way too far from where the player arrived. Finally, try to include some more social interactions with NPCs, although I do understand that those are hard to create in such a low-level game. To finish with, he has the potential to be an awesome GM, I believe his next games will be far better.
