I discussed to Syphers about how I felt about his game and my criticisms are not worthy or preventing him to be a DM. the great thing about Syphers DMing is he has a strong understanding of the rules which cannot be said the same for all of our DM applicants.
Also the verbal descriptions used in game really helped you immerse yourself in the game.
+1 vote for approved DM

Overall I will give this game a pass, though with the brackets "disabled" for now I war to stay near the lower brackets for a bit. Overall there were a few small rule gaps, but nothing that it would break a low-level game, and it's not like anyone can remember 100% of pathfinders rules 100% of the time. The game was simple, but there is a beauty in simplicity.
Things to work on as you undertake more ambitions PCs and games. Work to make the encounters more dynamic. more like the second goblins then either undead. especially the intelligent ghouls. Also while the cave in was interesting environment, try to add more to the encounters themselves.

Syphers ran a game where the party went to Hell, on purpose, and not only came out alive, but were cornered into wholesale slaughter.
All in all, the game was excellently done. Knowledge of higher-level spells like Plane Shift and Teleport were handled fluidly and without issue; Hell, a very delicate plane to GM appropriately, was handled accurately and without issue; The social encounters felt every bit as dangerous and potentially-lethal as the combat, which saw almost two outright deaths, prevented only by party teamwork; and, importantly, an immersive-enough table environment to allow everyone that wanted to roleplay was able to at length.
As far as negatives go, they were few and far between. The only one that sticks out to me, for the most of it, was a minor instance where a discussion on the Use Magic Device skill took longer than it needed to.
This is a solid pass from me. That isn't something I say lightly, either.

Syphers ran a game that went to hell. I was amused by gun for the first half but realistically i found the first half boring. It may have been better if I has a character more relatable to the encounter. It felt slow but it, did seem to follow the right rules of the plane. I believe Syphers was comfortable and had the situation been reversed I don't believe I would have performed in an equal manner. Though once we left hell that's where things became hella fun. In all I enjoyed myself. Pass from me.

Syphers ran a game into the abyss, a game where testing took a interesting turn for party members as my healer lead them for some reason and threw Diplomacy out the window when learning of a artifact of Seranrae was on the line. While all reason was abandoned, syphers did a good job on punishing the players for not taking a more cautious approach, with readied actions, and taking advantage of what special powers the pcs did not have. Such as lack of arcane sight and see invisibility. The game was quite challenging and didn’t lack in the slightest as far as fun goes.
I look forward to seeing more 14+games ran by this dude. While tiers may be disabled and not in effect they still represent a few things in regards to your knowledge of rules being tested.
Verdict- Pass
