Greetings, everyone!
Max T (RedWyvern on Skype) referred me to this board today after a previous open world campaign with him failed. (The head GM disappeared.)
What is the application process for new players for this campaign? (I've read the MUST READ post but found nothing on this subject.)
I'm very well familiar with 3.5. I've played Pathfinder only sparingly, but understand there are some similarities and, at least in minute details, many differences. I noticed a general lack of arcane casters in the character sheet apporval area, and as someone who loves arcane magic in 3.5 (preferably spontaneously since I did the fixed slot thing since 2E), what game-legal builds do y'all recommend?
-How is EXP awarded? (Violence-only, objective completion, time spent, other.)
-What ability would we have to travel the planes assuming we can cast plane shift?
-What ability to form our own kingdoms and nations would we have?
-What 3.5 material is used in this campaign?
-What else should I know at present?

So far from playing with the group I have seen that when any encounter is effectively resolved you are awarded the exp for it.

You should join the discord chat if you have not done so already. discord.gg/0Tq1zdwvaxqxUqSTThen you create a sheet and get it approved. 1. Depends on the DM we have absolutely no guidelines at all. 2. Some DM are already doing that 3. People are working on that 4. None no third party nothing just pathfinder 5. Its not an actual world its mostly campaigns that dont have any real effect on each other and every DM runs whatever he desires.
