Making your way across the magic district of DS, you see an inviting little shop in an ideal location. Several quality items are on display in the window with appreciable price tags attached. A sign just in front of the display reads:
She claps twice, and the aides fetch the things on display for your perusal:
"Prices subject to bartering, naturally." If you can hit a 20 on a Diplomacy to represent haggling, either in RP Chat or just as a take 10, you get minimum price instead of the listed price. A 30 or above may reduce the price even further, but no item will be sold for less than 60% of its market price (with a 50 Diplomacy). The DCs for this check are modified by the PC's particulars (either heightened or lowered depending on a few factors and how many of those factors are obvious).
Commissions
"If you vould like, I also do commissions," Niv mentions, pulling out an inkpen from her pocket with one hand, receiving a journal from one of the aides in another, and dipping the inkpen in a pot of ink that floats out of one of the shelves somewhere. "Is there something specific you wanted?"
Niv can make wondrous items, enchant arms and armour, inscribe magical tattoos, and build constructs. She generally charges 75% market price but may charge more depending on the price of the item. Constructs are the exception to this, generally costing at least 85% market price; this might be reduced in some instances.
Niv is almost guaranteed not to take on any commissions that are not at least 48,000 gp normal market price (not without a serious way with words or otherwise, but nothing is getting anyone anything below 24,000), and is progressively more amenable to higher-priced items.
Other services
"Ve also offer a good range of, mm. Extra services, for those who can afford dem."
Niv can offer the following services to any adventurers in need of them:
1. The boons to one's core abilities (Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha) utilise morally 'ungood' processes. Moral flexibility required; those of rigid moral code (paladins and cetain clerics) need not apply.
Niv's - Quality Gear at Quality Prices!
Oh, the person from the bazaar stall. Seems she's got her shop set up properly now.
Your entrance is announced by the tinkle of a little bell. As you open the door, you are greeted by the sight of three attractive young women bustling about inside. A young wizard-looking human woman sits at the counter, scribbling in a book; a young human man assists the aides, paying particular attention to the dhampir among them. A tall, lanky humanoid(?) in a hood and cloak that obscure everything directs its attention towards you; if the yellow half-orbs that are all you can make out of its face are any indication, it seems to be sizing you up.
After a moment, it nods and glances up and off to the side. You follow the figure's gaze to a corner of the shop, where a strikingly beautiful human(?) woman in dark, form-fitting clothing floats in the air, idly poring over an old book. She glances up shortly, and her face lights up slightly with a pleasant smile.
"Oh! Good day to you, dear, and welcome to my shop." She shuts her book, tucks it away in a stylish bag at her side, and floats down to the ground. "Did you see anything you like in the window? Come, let us discuss prices."

Niv can offer the following services to any adventurers in need of them:
- Spellcasting: Niv's offers a wide range of magical aid, offering any spell of up to 8th level on either the druid or cleric spell list, at a CL of up to 16th, at the following universal pricing formula: (10 x spell level x caster level + any notable spell component costs) x 0.75.
- Revival: The Reincarnate (1,000 gp), Raise Dead (4,750 gp), Cyclic Reincarnation (4,750 gp) and Resurrection (9,000 gp) spells are available for adventurers who may have fallen in battle, for the prices listed. Any negative levels or Constitution drain incurred by each service is removed for free, provided the recipient does not mind waiting a few minutes.
- Misc.: Do you require bolstered willpower (with a dash of artistic inspiration)? Do you want to be stronger, more dexterous, of stronger constitution, more intelligent, wiser, more charismatic? Customers with 8,000 gp or more to spend may contact Niv directly to request any number of such boons1.
