A small black rat in a shimmering white robe stands behind a market stall in the depths of the city. The stall he stands behind is simple and wooden but the items and the tome placed across the table echo with magical power.
"What can I get for you stranger," he asks as you approach, his voice high pitched but his words practiced and respectful. "I can craft rings, magic arms and armor, scrolls, and wondrous items for you at 80% of normal market price."
