Various things players could do to help one side or the other, with chromatic dragons being a little less automatically hostile. more Lawful Evil vs Chaotic Evil. Stuff like raiding/Protecting nests, assaults on kobolds in mines controlled by other dragons, destroying the places the dragons hunt/hunting for them ect ect.
