Watson Spellsear is looking for work in the most glorious of ways; through the arts. If you need him you'll easily find him at one of the taverns with in Dstar, definitely the loudest one. He is easily known for the book he wrote, "An Orcs Rage", the sarcastic biography of Ozarrik of the Frost Blood Tribe.
This small human man definitely has an appearance similar to the perfection of the ruling nobility, specifically the Spellsear family, and is dressed to fit the part if not a little more liberally clothed.

The Scroll takes a full round to read and will effect you for 13 rounds afterwards. If read out loud it effects all allies within earshot. The scroll only keeps its potency for 10 days so use it before the magic disappears. Choose which type of scroll you want.
Inspire Courage +2 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +2 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls.
