Leleanne, Balor, Ursain, Xern and "Untouchable" are sent by the captain of the guards in Dweomerstar to investigate the newly rebuilt Feldspar mansion after the last group of adventurers came back empty handed. They accessed the mansion but ran into some heavy defenses along the way where Untouchable used a Hero Point to avoid a crit. Once they got to the front door, Xern fell ill and had to leave but found a replacement fighter in town in Hjalrig. The group fought their way past skeletons and a bed with tentacles underneath which was very restful, until they got up and it started attacking the team where Leleanne contracted Filth Fever and "Untouchable" punched the bed. Our heroes found what was being done with the murdered bodies but did not find the new proprietor of the mansion. The adventurers barely escaped alive and Hjalrig used a hero point to summon a miraculous dodge and avoid an attack from the creature.
